My R bicep is smaller than my L one, not so much as to everyone noticing but I do. I am right handed and dont know why it is happening. I lift the same amount and have begun working just the right side an extra day. Any suggestions on ways to correct this.

My arms are the same way. The peak on the left is higher than the right. The right is stronger than the left. I figure the muscle developed different while growing up due to more use. I haven't been able to equal mine out.

Same hear, Im right handed but my left are is way stronger and a little bulkier. Only noticeable if I flex. I think its do to over concentrating with my right arm not to mention it has more miles on it than my left.

I'm right handed and right is stronger and bigger by half an inch but the left peak is much better. Why? BUMP

No ones body is perfectly symetrical. Each side is slightly different... I'm right handed, but my left arm is stronger. However, my right arm looks a little better, more veins, etc. Why? Just not exactly the same on each side. You just have to try your best to make them match ------------------ |
