Okay. I have been cycling for a couple years and been very happy with every cycle. However, right now I am on a test/EQ cycle and I am very displeased. My doses are as follows: test- 750,500,500,500,500,500,500,250 EQ- 300,300,300,300,300,300,300,300 I actually upped the doses to 600 in weeks 3 and 4 becuase I wasn't feeling what I wanted. I am in the middle of week 4 now and still no results. Usually, week 4 is where I start to see big results and then week 5 is the best. I'm only about 2 pounds bigger than I was when I started and I gained those 2 pounds in the first week. However, I must confess something. Normally, I rarely party. I don't drink much or smoke much. However, these last few weeks I have smoked bud almost every night. So, I attributing most of the hindrance to that. It's my own fault. But I'm not going to smoke anymore, so hopefully things will get better. But do you guys think that it is better if I up my doses a little. I just don't like being inconsistent withmy doses but if the current doses aren't doing it for me, then I should probably up them a bit. I've never been into heavy cycle. Usually jsut a little deca or something will give me great gains. I wanted 18 pounds from this cycle, but I don't know. It's not looking good. I'm not eating too many calories, but i'm getting a lot of protein. I haven't seen any size or strength gains, as well as no acne or water retention. However, I have constant erections and great gym pumps, so I know it is working somewhat. I know that my products are real, so what do you guys think. Should I change my workouts or dosages? Thanks a lot. [This message has been edited by phiend (edited April 19, 2001).] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would say stay at 500 or 600, but eat more calories and change you workouts a bit to shock the muscles. And stop smokin the buddha. Just work hard for the next four weeks and you should get another 10 pounds or so. Later. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
