Guys i have a problem.. since i went on the juice i cant get sore anymore so does that mean im not gonna make gains? im on a 300Mg of Laur and 2 Sustenon a week cycle and i took d-bols at the beginning and i just ren out... i was getting the mazing pump from d-bols and i wanted to keep takeing em to week 4 of the 8 week cycle but i couldint find anymore so i HAD to stop... i knowticed that i already lost the strenth that i got from the d-bol and i dont get that pump and im on my 3rd week now.. alsow i cant get sore on my workouts and here is what i do: 10-12 reps to warm up i do this for all my excercises (and no not in one day) on each day... oh and i mean the reps that i do is the max i can do with that weight... it was working for me fine and i been getting sore and gaining and now i cant get sore so does it mean im not gaining? alsow what else can i do? im trying to put on mass and my endurance is pretty bad... i get tired really fast so its a bitch to work out and alsow im a skiny fucker around 150 now at 5'5... i dont get any other excercise other then lift weights since i do security how long does Laurabolin take to kick in and how long does it last?... please help.. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Do more reps on your work sets to build mass,and it will make you sore. 4 sets of 8-10 to failer will have you groining in 2 days. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

yea the Laurabolin im doing is 50mg/ml but i dunno if there is 25. there might be.... ok i guess ill try to do a bit lower weight but more reps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
