I was thinking about quitting weight trainning. My wrist is fucked up and have hit a hell of a platue. In the articals section in this site is a hardgainers workout routine. It says hardgainer can gain much more muscle doing less frequent workouts. Like deadlifts 2set to fail.bench2 sets to fail,pullovers 2 sets to fail,arm curls 1 set to fail. This is suppost to be proven to work. Anybody have any thoughts because im at the end of my rope.

Gains would depend on your supplementation (AS) and your intensity for your once a week workout. Considering you have physical impairments, I would think your gains would be minimal until your body heals completely. Also this type of workout would not put enough stress on the body to get it to grow to its full potential.]

Have I got the work out for you.

First off you can take on your whole upper body, did you know that in one day, and the lower part of your body the next day.

Inotherwords; You work out on satruday your whole upperboday ,and on sunday you work out your whole lowerpart of your body.

When doing this you take as much time in the gym as you want to recover and move on to the next workout.

Now you have 5 days approximatly to recover and gain some real muscle it worked for me and I know it will work for you.

I ate right after working out at a local buffet that means right after you work out so pig out as much as you can! trust me you are going to be hungry as hell after these workouts.. after-ward on your days off eat very well supplement with the following.

Brewers yeast 100% protien .. this is a very high & potent supplement not for the squimish.
in powder form you take 2 big spoons a day in juice. 2 in the morning and 2 at night your strenght should shoot up 3 fold in the second week and your sex drive will be out of control you should notice a very heavy pump in your muscl and fullness in your intire body.
Remember this product has a nutrient in it that makes things grow so drink plenty of liquids with it.
Its high in b vitamins minerals.

if you attain the tablet form of this take 10 to 14 tabs a day.!!! for maximum results..

also include vitamin E 3 a day.

one more thing if you can get your hands on some injectable vitamin b-12.. 2'ccs per week should do...

In 2 months i gained approx 34 pounds doing this and my gains stayed and i stoped working out for 8 months and still looked the same ,,, same weight same gains and still built .. so i know for a fact it works !

Mike Mentzer belived that you could get enought muscle stimulation by doing one set to failure. Would not be using steroids at least not for awhile. This program is suppost to work for people that have problems with 3-7 days a week workouts. I think the only reason i have made it this far is luck and thickheadedness. I think it would work looking for other thoughts.

Ive tried the "hardgainers" workout. yes, believe it or not, it DOES work. Quite well acutally. The only hard part is trying to stay outta the gym but 2-3 times a week. Oh yeah, if you are working out 2x/wk, go balls to the wall on most of your workouts, then take 3-4 days in between workouts. you WILL gain from this, trust me. I seriously think its the best thing for my body also, but i still go to the gym 3x/wk, no more. good luck.

yes 34 pounds! the propogation is that...

I had plenty of time to rest, i worked out hard 2 days a week and I ate every day once at a buffet and ate like a pig after ward i ate 4 big potatoes a day at home and a variety of other foods..
i finished a 10 pound bag of potatoes in a week i put on just about 3 pounds a week doing this. complex carbs. i ate more carbs than protein
+++ see brewers yeast is the most powerfull supplement i have ever come across i have been working out since the 80's and i discovered that powerlifters used a substance called coenzime b-12 a biologicaly active form of vita b-12 it makes you strong as hell.

however: i used vita b-12 injections on myself i got big, really big but there was bloteness.. so it went aways when i did not eat well and work out..

but then i discovered a farmacist from europe and he told me that bodybuilders used to take drink beer to get big but the alcohole was not good ..

so i asked him is theres anything close enought to it that i can use to get big he said yes brewers yeast, it has a nutient that makes things grow and solidify ,so i tried this and man am i one big mother fucker today ..

OK, if you're just starting to workout, I could see the possibility of 34 pounds in two months. Other than that, naturally, highly doubt it. But the worst part is saying he didn't workout for EIGHT MONTHS and not loose one ounce---I don't believe it.

Let me add this too: If it did somehow work for you, more power to ya. I just don't see it. Not trying to be a dick here....

it works i just suppose you need your security blanket like steroids to do all your work....


trust me i did steroids to ! all kinds and you know what they never lasted like brewers yeast!!! none of them steroids they were all water retention shit.

all my boddys who took that shit back then i see them today and they always asked me how i do it look so good and young and big and hard and lean and ripped ! how how how...

finally i told them and guess what they gave me the same answer you gave me i don't believe that works... well ok fine then stay small for ever and week ! and bald ! haha

but that does not change the way i look ! and thats lookin good !

I SUGGEST you pay a visit to you local GNC AND ASK THEM for brewers yeast and vitamin e .

eat plenty of carbs more complex carbs than protiens ok since the carbs will spare the protien in your body...

eat like a pig... and you will get results fast I just loved watching guys in the guys look at me and think i was on steroids .. why i was so stong and big ! haha ! was so funny to watch them squirm...

one more thing try and bring a can of ginger ale with you to the gym .. sip this during your work outs slowly ok .. this inturn will elevate your natural insulin levels to a high degree causing an even more anabolic effect in your body....

but like i said eat lots of food thought out the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance and you will grow grow grow!

just go over to your local GNC and ask them for BREWERS YEAST! he will show you different quantities .. i prefer the poweder kind debittered. finally you can purchase this at GNC was never there before i had to get it at a health food store its relatively cheap.. ok

O an as for the 34 pounds i ment to say i gained that in an entire 3 months of doing this sorry for the mis print not 2 months 3 months... straite....! after that i just gained 8 to 9 pounds per month.
