I've observed this site for some time (about a year)now and have learned through everyone's successes and mistakes and had found a source, and talked to a lot of guys at the gym i go to and took in everyone's advice. I did my first cycle of sust250 for 8 weeks about six months ago. this went well- I gained approx. 22 lbs, and kept it all... I later found myself doing another cycle of sust again. but this time used a slightly higher mg per week. Starting with 750 first two weeks 500 for four weeks and 250 for the last two... a month after my cycle ended, i felt sluggish and had no "drive" to work out or the appitite to sustain my normal diet...as much as I had read from these forums and what people told me, this was never brought up as a possible side-effect.? my question: is this normal, and will i regain my normal "Spontaneity" and energy. Now I do have a b.s. in criminal justice and had to take a few classes in psychology- I have a good understanding of the brian and its complexities- and I know depression is linked ,in part, due to too low dopamine levels in the brain. Has the test dropped of my brains ability to produce dopamine? If anyone could shed a little light on this, i would really appreciate it. And is there anything I can do for my next cycle to prevent this?

it does happen ie the sluggish thing roids will do funny things to ya i would go see a doctor and get some anti-depressants to help things out."Celexa" will work takes about 2wks for mood change... u need to remember when on juice all that power u had will eventually come to a end when u finish a cycle and have clomid to bounce your natural test production back this will help alot. Also lower the tempo in your training a bit maybe increase the reps a few but don't give up thats all.... god bless

Hey Twig,

You are not alone. I have had this depression feeling (crash) when coming the gear. I am no expert on the matter but I have read some and heard some opinions from this board. Your natural test producion shuts down during a cycle (with some exceptions: primo and anavar at low dosages) and it wont start producing again for the next couple of weeks (this can vary - depends on the lenght of the cycle and items used) after the drugs are out of your system. It is then suggested that when coming off a relatively strong cycle, to use drugs such as clomid and HCG to help "kick start" your natural hormone production. It is also suggested to keep taking nolvadex with some proviron to keep estrogen low and the level of androgen high (without affecting your natural test production).

I myself will try the 2 week on, 4 week off on my next cycle as it is said that it wont affect much your endocrine system.

Hope this helps. Feel free to email me if you want to discuss it further.
