Juicing every year until you're like 50 60??? I don't know if you'd make it to that age. I would like to think so, but you can't help thinking that this shit is bad for you any way you put it. There is so much stereotype when it comes to juice, and even most doctors and people in the medical field are against it because of its short and long term sideffects, and permanent damage. I would like to hear that it isn't all that bad for you, but when majority of MDs are saying it's bad for you, what are you gonna believe? You might do it anyways, like myself, but in the back of your mind you know that you're taking a gamble and putting something bad in your body. Every time I do juice, I think that I am doing something very bad to my body (inside), even though it's looking flawless on the outside. But just the fact that you are putting something that bad in your body will cause stress. We all know that stress is the worst killer out there. Shit, you can get all kinds of cancers and diseases from stress, or believing that something isn't healthy inside of you. What's your guys outtake on this? I'm curious to see if people actually accept the fact that it's bad and could kill ya down the road, or have another way of dealing with this psychologically? How bad is it? Assuming you do one 12wk cycle per year (ie Deca Sostenon Winny and Primo for another 12 weeks to solidify gains). Also following up with stuff like Nolvadex, Proviron, Clomid, HCG. By the way I'm 22 195lbs 6' 8%bf. Thanks for your input bros! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

C'mon guys - How do you deal with it? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think doing one mild cycle per year could actually be beneficial to you.Remember this is just my opinion,so take it with a grain of salt. ![]() ![]() ![]()

It sounds like you worry way too much. I agree that it is bad for you...IF YOU ABUSE IT. If you drink too much water, you will hallucinate and get sick, but nobody is banning water. Aspirin can kill you if you take too much. It is all relative. If you do 20-36 week cycles constantly, than you are playing with fire. I never go over 6 weeks. I use safe drugs like Primo, Sustanon, Deca, Winstrol Depot (not V). I always have Clomid and Nolvadex to protect myself and I take every precaution imaginable. Each year I do one or two short cycles (for the last 2 years) and I have felt healthier than ever. I train hard, I eat right, and I feel that I have found a happy medium of progressively gaining muscle at a sane rate, while being healthy. I will never gain 35 pounds on a cycle and I would never want to, because this is not muscle I will keep. I prefer to gain 7-10 pounds per cycle and keep it. So far, my plan has been very effective. I was around 200 pounds 2 years ago, now I am 225 with lower BF% (9-11% I am guessing). I am only a few weeks from being ripped at all times, so I am happy. I feel real sorry for these guys who blow there wad in 2 or 3 monster cycles. Oh well, I am sure many would disagree with me on my conservative methodology, but then again the ones that do probably can't spell methodology. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Bump, I think this is a good topic, unlike the retarded 16 year old who already started taking roids. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

TheElvisCreator, My thoughts are along with yours as well. Slow and steady with moderation, keeping in mind your health. I'm not into competing so I don't need to do large amounts of juice for long periods. I do just fine with 1 12week cycle per year. I was just curious as to how other fellas handle the negativity around steroids and what it's doing to their bodies internally. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

ElvisCreator? I like that... anyway... I think internally it is doing nothing damaging to me. As far as the perception that they carry, it sucks. It really isn't something you can discuss with many people. As soon as you do, people assume you are a big uneducated "roid head." Even good friends of mine were all upset, trying to console me about the dangers of steroids. After I got a hold of them and educated them on the substances and the differences, they went from being vehement opposers of steroids to users. I think the smear campaign by the government and media is mainly based on the gross misuse of steroids by highschool kids and athletes like Lyle Alzado, John Matuszak and Steve Corsin. These guys went around preaching about how bad they are for you, but they never explained that they were taking D-bol year round for 8 years straight. Well... no wonder their livers looked like swiss cheese. Also, todays pro bodybuilding scene is doing nothing to rectify the public's perception of steroids. The freaks today look inhuman and are so obviously drugged out. No normal person can relate to that. Why was Arnold the last popular bodybuilder? Because he had charisma and depsite his godlike physique he still looked human. Many people shriek in horror when they see today's bodybuilders. I hope some day we return to aesthetic, balanced physiques, not the FREAK SHOW we have today. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Sorry about the misspelling of your name bro. I guess it all boils down to the bodybuilding industry to make things right about people's perception of them and drug use. This is why it's so hard to tell people you're a user if they ask. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yeah, as long as GH, roided out freaks like Jean Pierre Luc Fux or whatever the fuck his name is, with a 52 inch waist and a 70 inch chest are emulated by bodybuilders we will never get anywhere. I like the physiques of Sergio Oliva, Arnold, Colombo and Zane, I guess Labrada would fit in their too. If you consider what bodybuilding is supposed to be it is an art. In art do we try to make the hugest fucking painting we can and waste as much paint as possible to create it, regardless of what it looks like? No, of course not. We look for something that is aesthetically pleasing. I think today's pro bodybuilders lost sight of that a few years ago. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Well i think you can easily juice all your life: if you never had any trouble with anything ,like high BP, prostate or liver problems. Kidney, heart. Get your blood checked in time. Don't overdo anything the older you get, like too many roids, too many protein. In time one should consider using HGH, if money is not a problem. And above all keep moving, keep exercising. Just my thoughts on this. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
