Which is better for what? You will not get rid of them through dieting,if they are indeed full blown gyno...The only thing that will remove that is surgery bro.If you just have fat accumulations around the nipple, then that's a different story....

no diet or ephedrine is gonna help dude. once you have tities, they are yours for life. unless you go under the knife. how did you get them? from gear or teen years? if you got them recently, from gear, take nolvadex and or Arimidex. this will help the swelling go down. if you can get your hands on depo madrol, you can shoot that right in the lump under the nipple. this will catabolize the lump. if you have had this condition for longer then 8 month, the it becomes fibrous tissue and the knife is the only thing that will help

even if it is fibrous tissue, as longs as it is not so bad, if you cut body fat, this will help immensely. Trust me on this one. How much do you weigh? What is you BF percentage? Try to get it as low as possible, it will help.

I've got some light gyno and after searching the past posts I found the following: Nolvadex - Might help, cheap. Many guys seem to have convinced their medical insurance carriers remove it because they are unable to sleep on there stomach because it hurts so bad. (wink)

If you have fat deposits not from gyno but just from being husky, then lipo is about the only way to remove the fatty deposits. You can train your chest all you like, and run till your butt drops out, but the fatty deposits will still be there. Now working the chest out will mask the apperance to a point, but it will nto get rid of it.

you have adolescent gyno not AS induced gyno. it's a big difference. their usual onset is with puberty at around 12 or 13 and will usually disappear on their own towards the end of puberty. if you're over 20 and they're still there then there's a good chance they won't go away on their own. hormone therapy will help, but ask your doc about that. nothing these people have suggested will help. it's not fat that you can get rid of with cardio or nolvadex. how old are you?

Give it a couple of more years! You are only 18 and haven't stopped your natural development yet. Your may not be growing anymore but from now and at least until the beginning of the twenties your muscles will still be growing. Most teenagers have a bit of "puppy"-fat when they go from adolescent to adult but this usually disappears the following couple of years whilst your hormonal level will undergo changes as well. I have gyno from my teenage years and they are now two small, hard clumps under each nipple. Luckily they can hardly be seen at all so wait a while and keep the body fat low. Crom

I developed titties during my adolescent years. I was aslo a fat f**k but still quite athletic. Ive dropped my bodyfat percentage to around 10 - 13% (estimate) and itsnot as noticable. When im training or cold/excited its almost impossible to tell that i have them. Its only in a warm enviroment whilst wearing tight coton tops that they are evident. I get the feeling that if i were to drop a few more pounds of bodyfat that the puffiness would be reduced even more, however there is and always will be a prominent blump of tissue. I may also experiment with anti e's just to see what effect they may have.

As long as your lift and the rest of your body is in good shape, who cares if you have gyno. People don't look at you and think "Oh he has gyno." They merely think thats what chest muscles look like when they are big.

Had gyno since I was 14 when I was 18 I had it removed it was the best thing I have ever had done. You'll never regret it. My insurance covered most of it because the doctor sent my insurance company a big letter saying that it may be cancer. We knew it wasn't cancer but the insurance company didn't.

No flame but I have to disagree with you Bsmooth. Gyno (depending on how bad it is) is not a pretty site and detracts from overall chest aesthetics. I can't blame someone for wanting to get rid of it (particularly if you have worked so hard to develop your physique/other body parts) |
