I am just getting off my cycle now SUS and EQ.

My weight is 230.
I believe my body fat is around 18% or higher.

My goal and I am in no rush this summer is to lean down.(of course) I am not wanting to get totaly ripped but want to shred some fat maybe get to around 8%-10%. I just dont want to loose muscle. I figure I can do this since I am in no rush to loose the fat..

My idea was to just cut out carbs after 3:00.and add cardio in.

Or to go on the keto diet but last year I lost a lot of muscle at the same time.

What shold I do to loose around 15lbs and maintain most muscle.

start with cardio 3 x week at high intensity. eat tons of protein, 400 grams a day, low carbs (<100g a day) and moderate fat (80g a day. every 5 days carb up and eat 400 grams of carbs for that day. this will prevent your metabolism from slowing down. this worked really well for me. just take it easy and make sure you eat that protein. and if this plateaus then hot the DNP
