Hey guyz, friend of mine usually train 4 days a week. 2on/1of/2on/2off. He is getting ready to do his first cycle(4 weeks/dbol+winny+primo) and just wonders how should he change his training schedule while on gear? 3on/1off perhaps? or 4 day splits? There is no magic routine you have to do when on gear.Just increase the intensity and do atleast a couple extra sets per exercise,compared to what you normally do. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
