Lets get a serious discussion going here. Which one or more do you use and why? Anti estrogens limit your gains whilst on a cycle. Many people say this and I have my view but for the meantime let me hear yours. Remember lets get scientific guys. ------------------ E2's Steroid Pictures Pictures of many different drugs. i have taken nolva and proviron. i can say that they do limit gains but its water only so the actual lean mass gains are still there, you just dont feel like you are getting as big or as strong as if you didnt use anti-e's. i am going to use arimidex on my next heavy cycle. i hear thats a whole other story compared to the usual anti estrogens

well, when i used nolva throughout the cycle (sus, primo) i felt it was hindering gains. This is because i did gain water but the muscle gains were poor ( i also gained a lot of fat). Now i'm not using nolva(prop,eq,primo), i'm in my 5th week and i'm veary pleased with the resuslts(dosages are bigger though). Fat gains are minimal even though last 2 weeks i did't eat clean at all. Yesterday i started proviron, cause i'm throwing in d-bol for the last 3 weeks, to have last growth spur, and i felt i did't want to go with no protection. But i absolutely did't want to use nolva, cause i really did't like it last time ( i also got a slight rebound effect one month after cycle and had to take it again for 2 weeks). So i decided to use proviron wich hopefully won't give me rebound effects, and since it is an androgen should hard me up. i'm not that lean though(11%-12%) so i don't know if i'll be able to see anything from it. I will let you know how it works.

Arimadex is IMO the "gold standard" of antiestrogens b/c it is an aromatase that stops the systemic conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Along with that gyno prone users of test and dbol, ect are now not afraid to use adequate or normal or high amounts of androgens. Water retention with this is also greatly decreased much moreso than with Nolvadex or Proviron. The only drawback to Arimadex is price. It can run in excess of $10-$12 per pill but that is offset by the fact that you can get by with as little as 1/4-1/2 tab every other day. When you do the math its not much more expensive than Nolvadex or Proviron. I dont know much about Proviron, in fact I've never used it. If you cant get Nolvadex or Arimadex it seems like a good alternative. A con for this is that because its a controlled substance (most places) its an additional risk (if mail ordered). Maybe I am mistaken but since proviron is an AAS wouldnt it bind to androgen receptors thereby inhibiting ones gains? As far as Cytadren goes I'd skip that for any given period of use due to risk with suppressing cortisol too much. I do realize that if you learn enough about Cytadren I'm sure that these side effects can be avoided but Id rather use something thats kind of "plug in and play" so to speak. Verdict: Arimadex ------------------

I will take nolva and or proviron with every test cycle. Arimidex if it gets cheaper. I love the way my muscle look when "on" without all the water. I look harder and more vascular. I have been taking 20mg of nolva for 5 weeks now and I look a lot better. I will add proviron towards the end with clomid to make sure there is no rebound with the nolva. Also to help with my sex drive while clomid does its job. I dont see the reason for the bloat. It results in too many stretch marks and unwanted fat. Estrogen is a key for growth, but too much is bad. I think if I cant get a reasonable price on arimidex, I'll take 10mg of nolva, with 25mg of proviron throughout my next test cycle. ------------------ *** Dont email me asking for a source!!!!! *** "Catch a man a fish and he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime." |
