Ok...here the cycle is. Weeks 7-8 would be completely free of winny, but I don't want to take a chance of getting deca-boobs....Same story with week 10-11 while the deca gets out of my system...Will start clomid to kick the nuts back into gear on week 10. I may also start some Anavar on week 10. Wk...Deca....Winny -------------------------------------------- I just started week 4. Diet began at week 3. Week 1...I started at 177lbs (about 10lbs lighter than the end of my last cycle) at approx. 12% bodyfat. Week 2...Strength was going way up...trying to get as heavy and strong as I can before the diet starts. Week 3...Up to 183 (same bodyfat %) on the day I start diet. Week 4....I am now 181 lbs with slight decrease in bodyfat from week 3. I'm easing into the diet (2300-2500 calories per day) and cardio now a little slower than I had planned because I got really week and tired last week when I started it. Strength started to go way down during week 3 because I felt sick (diet) but it has started to come back a bit.
