I work at a busy Italian restaunt five nights a week. And anyone that has ever served before knows that the whole night you are just under a jogging pace. I work around 5-6 hours every night, and walk very quickly, should i still need to throw in a ton of cardio? It seems to me that most of the really big guys at the gym only walk on the treadmill. I figure I must walk a couple miles every night at work. Just a thought.

I think you should just use your head. If you want to cut up and waiting isn't getting you lean then do some light cardio and watch your diet. If that doesn't work do more cardio and watch your diet. I wouldn't try to count cals burned on the job.

If waiting tables is something you have been doing for a long time your body is use to it therefor it is not doing anything to make you lean!! You must change what you do cardio wise or your body will adapt and you will just remain the same.

Yeah, your body is use to it... Let me tell you just do cardio and diet. First thing in the morning. I run every morning and wakeboard in the afternoon 3 times a week. I am dropping bodyfat fat like crazy and Im taking sus250 at 500mgs a week, also taking Nolv 10mgs a day to reduce a little water... WAKEBOARDING WILL GET YOU CUT AND HUGE>>> YOU USE EVERY MUSCLE IN YOUR BODY

I am a server...and yes...it is very good cardio. It is not extreme pace...but is very consistant. Yeah...sometimes it is a running pace, and for 10-12 hours at a time. Just dig into the Fett Alfredo a few times a day and a few chicken breasts too. B True

Wakeboarding is like a cross between waterskiing and surfing. The board is like a miniature surfboard with bindings attached to rubber boots to keep your feet on it. It's called wakeboarding because the guys that are good at it are jumping off of the boat's wake (the waves behind the boat), pulling huge air and doing flips and twists. I'm going to learn this summer. |
