I've been posting my synthol progress over the last couple of weeks regarding my calves. I have pounded the calves with wights the last 17 years and it was just time to either let my quads come down in size or try synthol. I like my quads so synthol it was. It has been 4 weeks of weekly injections into the outer head of about 2 and one half cc's plus one half cc of lidocaine. There is approx. 10cc's in each outer head. I can't believe that the stuff works that well. I have had swelling the whole time, but it was much better this past week. I walked around yesterday freaking out over the difference in my calves. Last night was the start of filling the inner heads. They are much larger and in better proporton with my legs so we will do half as much. Todays word is PAIN!! Honestly, though, it is not as bas as the outer head. I'm limping around, thats about it. Remember to boil that bottle of PNPose frequently. That was my biggest mistake. Infection in the calves if fucking aweful. Peace, and pain.....slinger     | ||

i started usingyesterday i did 2 half in the delts and the same in the tris boy it makes you sore. how do you boil it and for how long. i have used it once before and i got the coughs real bad. i used it in my arms and got great results but most of it went away. i even had an old lady tell me they looked fake. | ||

Just curious. In addition to how long do you boil the PNP, how often do you boil as well? Once every week? Once every 2 weeks? Additionally, how did you know you had an infection? What specifically were your symptoms? When I took my first injection, I wasent aware that you had to boil the PNP. I'm not certain if I came down with an infection, or if the symptoms i had were just due to a common reaction to synthol. ------------------ |
