I just started GH on monday and the last 2 nights I have slept like SHIT ! Has anyone else who used GH experience this ? Both nights it has taken forever to actually fall asleep, then during the entire night I tossed and turned. I don't wanna lose sleep and interfere with the muscle recovery process. Give me some feedback on your personal experiences...Thanks

I never have a problem sleeping on GH. I do how ever when I taking test. Are you taking anything elese?? Hey how did you make out with the anavar?? A friend of mine had some extra bottles that someone gave back to him, so I took them. Love them getting stronger and harder buy the day!!

I have always heard that GH actually can help you sleep better. That is of course if you are taking it by itself (which almost no one does). I don't know this firsthand, but I have read it many times. ------------------

LeanBodDude I have the same problem while taking GH. I am taking 7 IU's a day plus the juice and haven't had a good nights sleep since January 1 when I started!!!! Its worth it though. The results are incredible!!!

Well, last night I had a much better night of sleep, so the saga continues. My naps are still screwed up though. When I get home from work every night I always like to lay down for 30-45 minutes to get a quick nap in. So far I haven't been able to sleep like I normally would. I'm hoping that my sleep continues to improve like it did last night and my body is just taking some time to get adjusted to the GH.

I also get wired from GH and have a tough time getting to sleep, but you get used to it. |
