Bros, I'm coming off a mass cycle and wanted to shed a little body fat before it gets real hot. I'm not looking to get super ripped, just a little leaner for comforts sake. Below, I have outlined a t-3/clen cycle. I would appreciate a critique of this. Could you let me know what I would have to "tweak" to make the best of it. Thanks fellows. what is the dosages of your pills. If you have 50mcg I reccomend breaking them in quarters for the last few days, if you have 25mcg break them in half. It's very important to taper down slowly. I also reccomend guggulbolics (by syntrax). Or thyrolean (prolab) to get your thyroid going naturally, after you come off the t3. With the clen start with 2 pills a day and work up to you tolerances, I can take 9 a day, and be okay, I wouldn't limit yourself to a certain number of pills, take as many as you can feel comfortable with. You should cut up big time. Make sure you keep your protein supper high or you will lose a lot of muscle too. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Super thanks for the replies fellows. I'll taper that t-3 a lot slower and use a thyroid stimulating supp at the end of the t-3 course. That never occured to me. Great advice. I'll also start lower on the clen and bump it a tab per week until I hit a level that I can't safely exceed. Oh yeah, I've stocked up on a lot of high protein goodies to try to spare what muscle I can. As far as the use of an anabolic is concerned, I know that is a good idea, but I just ended a 16 week cycle and I wanted to clean out for a while. I went for broke on this one and used mega doses of every damn thing toxic and otherwise I could get a hold of. At one point I hit 308, but lost a lot of the water during the last 4 weeks when I started Hitting the winny, e.q., fina, and halo. I finished up at 285. I'm looking to drop to 265 as I believe I would breath a little easier at that weight. I'm pretty solid right now, my strength is way up, but I think I may be a little too heavy for comfort. It's been nice though. I'm eating clomid too, my nuts took a leave of absence. I was wondering if I could get by with creatine. I know it pales in comparison, but I think I've already pushed my luck. I'm going milder and more moderate with gear next time. I just wanted to see what I could do if I "let loose" just once. I actually thought I wouldn't be able to stop growing at one point.
