Hi there bro's,
I might be able to get my hands on some GH.But i've never used it before.What's the best way to use it?How much?Should i use insulin also?How much?
I've got a wide cycle experience, but never with GH.I'm 207lbs and 185cm.6 years training history and contest BB'r
Please bro's if you are familiar with GH, give me your cycle theories and results.Please don't post anything if you don't know what you're talking about.TNX, STEVE

GH - 2-4 IU ED or 4IU EOD. But it is of course question of money. I did 4IU EOD for 12 weeks.
More than how much is important for how long, I think minimum is 12 weeks.
When on GH, you should be also on AS as well, because GH works better when you use AS at the same time. I mean something like +800 mg test per week.
Insulin - use it, because GH use some of it by itself. So, I recommend you 4-8 IU in the morning and 4-8 in the afternoon (probably after training).

Eat a lot, but for sure for your weight at least 350 g protein a day, or GH burns your muscles.

Just to add. Be careful with the insulin and research it's use first. There are proceedures you need to take to that you do not kill yourself.

Yeah bro's that's what i'm afraid of, the insulin.It's a risky game, tnx anyway.
I guess the result won't be good without the insulin ?

You'll get better results with the insulin and it can be used safely if done correctly. Just research as much as you can. Here's a start: You need the fastest acting possible to minimise risk like humalog or humalin R by Lilly. Start out low at just 2iu after training and work up by 1iu each time using it only on workout days. I got up to 7iu. At 8 I started to feel hypo. More is not better and everybody has a different tollerance to it so amounts will differ. Take 10g of carbs with every iu and some protein as well. I use maltodextrin and a little glucose in my protein drink straight after training with the shot sub cutaneously. Then eat about 1-2 hours later as the insulin will peak around this time, depending on the type of slin u get. Keep some glucose on you all the time in case you do go hypoglycemic and tell a trusted friend in case you slip into a comma.
Lastly always use insulin pins. A standard 2ml/5ml barrel cannot give an accurate enough measure.

Ok tnx bro, What do you suggest, should i use it in a bulking cycle or in a pr� contest stack?I can't eat big when i'm pr� contest!!!
