I love conformity and simplicity. Having said that, is a diet of albacore tuna and brown rice a diet to keep bodyfat down and musculature up?

ONLY tuna and rice? if you can stand the monotony it's fine. you'll still need more fiber if you want to crap regularly though. take a multi vitamin and mineral as well.

Hey Look At Ghandi...hes huge right?

Brother get some B vitamin, some iron, some zinc....if you lift heavy with no multi-V and that diet...? NOT GOOD.

Make that your lunch everyday...and eat what you want (reasonable) for dinner and breakfast. Just the one High Carb/High Protein meal early in every day will help alot. Follow this with a MetRX protein about 1-2 hours later. As your lunch is short on calories. This middle of the day routine will improve your daily diet considerably.
Also eat just the tuna portion at 8pmish every night on wheat. A little fiber+protein with low carbs near bed will keep the protein high late in the day, and help you drop douce in the morning.

BOB KNOWS THINGS.

Its never about eliminating things or adding things...its about substituting.

Candy of all sorts ---> metRX bar
Potato Chips---------->Green beans or popcorn
between meal snack---->plain pasta with ms dash

bacon/sausage------>steak with eggs instead.

Every time its decision time, improve every piece of the diet a little. Consistant small compromises will add up the same.

Also throw your rice in a skillet with any can of chunky soup. It always mixes nice, soup is low fat, and you have 40 different meals that rock. ONLY problem is sodium....big whoop.

simplicity can be good, but not when it comes to a diet limited to tuna and br rice.

At least throw some chicken potatoes steak fish and veggies in there too. Don't forget your efa's as well
