I just started an 8 week cycle of 500mg sus and 400mg deca on friday and I hurt my shoulder in the gym today. I think it is my AC joint. I can barely use my arm. I am planning to do legs tomorrow (no squats to keep weight off the injury) to give it an extra day to heal. Any suggestions? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Yea, keep it iced and use a heat pad. Try and give it more than a day to rest. Do some cardio or maybe back and biceps. I have the same problem and found that if I spend about 10 min warming it up, it feels better and there is no pain. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
