i was at muscle mag store today to pick up the normal protein and creatine and i came across this product called phytin, i have read acouple of articles on this product before and i figured i would give it a try. so i took two tabs and waited about 45 min then i did some push-ups before bed. so i did about 35 and i felt the most amazing pump ever. i dont know if its this product or not so if anyone has ever used it or knows anybody who has please let me know what their experiences where like, as of today i think this stuff is great...     |
