I scarfed down 4 Protein Bars, two shakes, 3 grilled chciked breasts, 2 wings, and some asparagus. And I'm still hungry. Whoa!!!!
Is this going to make me fat, or is it going straigt to my muscles? I feel like I should go do some cardio and definitely will.

One massive meal cannot make up for not eating all day. Make sure you take some protein bars or shakes with you next time.

if you do this on a regular basis yes you will get fat! your body will think that you are not going to see food for another 24 hours so it will try to store as much as possible. and how do you think it will be stored? as fat! you should eat 6-8 meals a day, everyday! that way your metabolism will spead up as the body will learn that it doesnt need to store the food as fat since the next feeding is only a few hours away. also protein can only be utilized at around 50g max for every 2 hours, sop when you ate all that shit, half of the protein was a waste as your body cannot use it

That 50 grams of protein thing is crap. It's not like your body all of a sudden shuts down after 50 grams. It doesn't say "Oh, I guess I just got 50 so the rest I won't absorb." If that were the case, then the pros(or myself since I do too) who eat 500 or more a day would have to eat 50 grams every 2 hours and would end up having to eat 10 times a day which would take 20 hours or more. That's just wrong. A wives tale.

thats my weakness. i get too busy to grab a decent meal so I don't eat and then pig out when I get the time. Not good but sometimes ya just can't help it. Would it be better to eat less and then say an hour later eat again?
