You can get them virtually anywhere - pharmacy, GNC, a regular vitamin shop and some supermarkets. If you want to buy online just do a search and you'll get a few hundred thousand places to get some.

Don't know about GNC but I have seen them at Vitamins.com, they are the vegetarian kind, they are available in 0 and 00 size. Hope this helps. LongTime

FYI the 0 size holds 1\2 cc. i got mine at GNC for a few dollars per hundred

!!!!!IMPORTANT POINT!!!!!
The ref-b breaks down the gel cap pretty quick. you can waste a bunch of gear if you prefil the caps. basically, only fill the caps when you are ready to use. i use a liquid tylenol bottle with an eye dropper to carry my stuff around and fill the caps as i need them so i am not carrying around a gear bottle and a dart.

the "0" is 1\2 cc or 1\2 ml. depending on the substance, there could be 25 mgs per ml or 200 mgs per ml. milligrams is how much active ingredient per milliliter. 1 milliliter = 1 cc.
