I remember reading awhile back inside one of the posts on a different subject some of the ways I believe either AJC or Stewmeat had used to create a negative calorie amount from there normal mainentance without reducing there total intake. I believe it was a herbal or something like that but memory does not serve me well enough to find it in the archive search. So bros could you see if you all remember it. Thanks, LongTime

UP for someone to respond to it. I know that someone remembers what they did to eat there normal high protein low fat low carb diet with lots of cardio and still be able to create a negative 500 on there mainentance calories in order to improve the fat loss and cutting, just wish I could find the thread in the archives. Thanks, LongTime.

No I know about that and Clen and ECA, this was something that moved carbs and protein into your muscles thereby creating a automatic deficit in the total calorie intake in addition to the others. Just wish I could remember what it was.
