I shot some milky deca because some of the stopper fell into it. I have four weeks left on my cycle. What should I do? I have some test 200 and winny to go with the sostenon 250. What should I use? Or should I just stay with straight sos and up the weekly mg dosage? Also he gave me some antibiotics to cure it. When can I shoot into my right glute again? btw the B12 shot excuse worked my insurance is going to cover it    | ||

If you have a simple infection, it should be cleared in 10-14 days. The question to answer is how and why did you get the infection, are you practing sterlie technique? Are you reusing needles? Something is wrong.  | ||

I don't know about what you should use, but now you have the perfect excuse to start delt shots...You'll love what they do for your delts, plus you won't have to twist and turn to reach your ass. | ||

Like I said the some of the stopper material fell in the deca turning it milky. I guess the stopper material is not totally sterile. | ||

Whats your procedure for injection ??? Are you reusing your needles?? Are you cleaning your skin and your bottle top (stopper) with 91% Alcohol ? Your stopper did not turn your Deca milky , if something did , it was bacteria (this would also indicate a pretty massive bacteria count). What antibiotic did your doctor give you ? Did he mention you don't give b-12 in the glute ? (an insulin pin in the shoulder is fine) . You may want to do more research before you continue to use AS. | ||

I am with AJC --- go with delt shots and give your glute a break. I think delt shots are a lot easier for when you need a change / break. | ||

The stopper was sterile until you opened the bottle ( took off the cap ).The material the stopper is made of (butyl rubber usually)is pretty inert. I would venture to say you managed to contaminate the contents of your vial by using poor handling procedures( contaminating and not sanitizing the stopper ). The stopper will not dissolve in vegetable oil, what ever was floating in your bottle, if it dissolved, was not the stopper. Here are some tips for the future: 1. Wash your hand with antibacterial soap ( dial etc ) 2. sanitize your stopper w/91% alcohol before withdrawing . 3. If your gear has become cloudy or discolored , throw it away . I would give that glute a good 60 days rest , you have quads, delts, even bis and tris as alternatives ( depending on the substances your using ) [This message has been edited by BigWh1tey (edited April 17, 2001).] | ||
