NOTE: I posted this some time ago. I am on my third cycle as of yesterday..

I have been seeing a lot of frustration coming from the amount of "dumb newbie" questions being asked. Seeing that there are a bunch of new guys, and since my first cycle is coming to an end, I decided to put this post together.
Here is what I did-
I trained hard and HEAVY with maximum intensity for nearly 5 years to reach my genetic potential. At 5'8", 245+ pounds, people already thought I had juiced at least once.
I came to the board seeking knowledge, so...I searched for, found and read the "Newbie post".
I read daily, taking mental notes of who was making intelligent replies to intelligent questions. In a few weeks time, most if-not-all of my daily questions were answered.
I researched other websites (not boards).
I found the post on the "newbie cycle".
I bought Anabolics2000, and read it 3 times.
With a little bit of knowledge, I emailed a few of the Veterans that I noted were making those intelligent replies. Four of them initially answered back, but due to some (now obviously dumb questions) one of them stopped responding.
Finally I had obtained enough information to build a stack and get started.
I didn't ask anybody to "design my cycle for me", simply because I had done my homework, and I trust my own judgement.
NOTE: I still had not posted any questions...there was no need to!

During these initial weeks of studying, I was taking clenbuterol, and ECA. I would take the clen for 2 weeks, and ECA for 2 weeks. I did this for I think about 5 weeks, and dropped about 8 pounds. I was up to 6-7 clens a day.
I got my gear, darts, and extra pins. I bought a few tubs of weightgainer. I bought Milk Thistle and two different types of digestive enzymes, PLENTY of Clomid, and some Nolvadex (just in case).

About the stack - Clomid EOD, Testosterona200, 3cc's/wk and Norandren 200, 2.25cc's/wk. Yes, both are Brovel products. No, I didn't get infections. Since they are "rumored" to be underdosed, I adjusted the Deca accordingly. I did not taper my doses. Some will argue the tapering is necessary, and some, like Dan Duchane and Anabolics2000 will say that tapering is not necessary. I have read and believe that since endogenous testosterone production will not begin until exogenous testosterone administration ceases, there is/was no need for me to taper. Besides, I have plenty of gear.
I started taking Winny (orally) EOD during week 7, ending week 9.

About injections - My girlfriend administered all injections. I had her read 2Thick's site a couple of times. She has had no problems, and no surprises. Early on, I had some concerns about the Test injections not absorbing well. There would be a lump, and a nice warm red spot. More research indicates that the redness was probably histamines reacting to the foreign substance. The lump was of course the oil. To cure this situation, I now use a microwavable hot compress after the injection, followed by massaging the area. No more redness, no more lumps.

About my training and gains - The gains in strength came on strong during week 4. Patience is the key here. Weeks 5 and on showed great strength, and stamina. All workloads were substantially increased. Training was adjusted to a 2 on 1 off, one bodypart per day routine. 5 sets, 5 exercises per bodypart are not uncommon during this peak period. Legs sessions would sometimes go so long, that 2 days worked out pretty good, doing calves, hamstrings and glutes one day, with the various squats, legpress, deadlifts and such following the next day. Going into the final week of this 9 week cycle, I have gained a solid 15-17 pounds, way stronger, look a bit leaner, and am bigger according to the tape. I don't have exact measurements at this moment, as those should be posted after the test is out of my system and things return to normal. (if anyone's interested)

Side effects? None really. I had to buy some new slacks for work as my legs blew up a bit, and some shirts don't fit right anymore. I did have some nipple tenderness, probably due to the deca. Nothing to be alarmed about though. A few zits here and there. No rage/anger problems.

Conclusion Yes, you can drink Winny, and Clambutteroil works. That said, I think this was a successful experiment. I'm glad I did it, and will certainly do another. It will be interesting to see how much of these gains stay. Sure, I could have gained more water weight, and a bit more fat, but that was not my objective. Next time I will probably go with sustanon and deca. Maybe I will even give the ttokyo products a shot. The eating thing is insane. I am getting so tired of eating every 3 hours! Next time, I will have a full physical exam, BF measurement from a dunktank, and a bit more knowledge.

Much thanks to all who helped me via the email and on the board answering my questions.

HelmsmaN

Thank you for your post, my brain is like a dry sponge and Im trying to absorb as much useful information as possible. The board does allow us newbies to skip the homework and just ask for options. Even researching and asking doesnt answer all,

Much depends on personal experience, age, training, etc.. Additionally, there is a certain amount of parlance or vocabulary to learn, Eg: EQ is Equipose . and Norandren 200,is deca.

I have been reading the board for a few months and have learned two things,
1) I know more than I did 2 months ago
2) I have a LOT more to learn.

Baby Monster - I benched 495 on my last cycle. I just started my third on Monday. I have been eating clean and stripping bodyfat. I am probably about 10% at 235. I am the leanest I have been in years.
