my clen cycle lasts for month with one or two days between pills, not the typicla 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. so there isn't that 2 week off period to take an ECA. can i take the eca at the same time as clen     | ||

take it 2 days on 2 days off. Take hydroxycut on off days. | ||

Definately do NOT take them on the same day. As far as the two on, two off for the clen, I'm not sure that would be any more effective than swithching from one to another a week at a time. It's just more complicated. | ||

I take them on the same day, it doesn't seem to affect my weight loss, just jacks me up so much that I can't sleep. Doing clen now, everyday for 21 days,then a week off and another 21 day cycle. 6 pills a day. | ||

I've taken them both before, for days on end. However this is because I was trying to lose weight as quickly as possible in a short period of time. If you are cutting for an extended period of time, I would say you will get better results by cycling them on and off. This way your body doesnt become adjusted to them, as it would if you were taking it non stop. | ||

since the topic is up, can i use SALBUTAMOL instead of CLENBUTEROL? Any one here ever used it? What dosages? Thankx ..::Anabolix::.. |
