He has no front delts either. The only way I could have any respect for what he's done with his body is if those biceps can curl 200 pound dumbells, cause if not, we know it's synthol or implants. And to me,if it's not functional it's useless, just window dressing. But in this case, really REALLY fucking ugly window dressing. | ||

I read an article in Musclemag by the guy and he clearly admitted to using Synthol. But he did have a very sound theory about Synthol use, IF USED IN MODERATION! Which it is clear that this guy couldn't even spell moderation. Anyway he was mixing a human grade propionate with the Synthol creating a volumizing+anabolic coctail. The theory is good, stretching the facia and then introducing localized anabolics. I thought It would be a good idea, however when you do it by the gallon, it kinda looks overkilled. Finnish Bodybuilding mag wrote critical article about this dumb ass. valentino says that he has his own style to train biceps. Hi trains one movement about 1-1,5 h. Hundred of reps sets after sets. Hi is planning to make video where he shows how he treined his big arms. It's only on design progress. Offcourse, it is pretty hard to show how train hands many hours, when the truth found on Synthol needle. Lol Sure valentino is honest man, when he finally tells that hi hit some EQ and Propionate to his hands for better growth. those hands are biggest oil tanks that human ever had in his body. Ole greg the first pic looks fake. hIS TRAPS didnt seem that big before and his arms are looking better than they used to look. I seen him at a show on time. he was also in the arnold Edition musmag. he claims to have mind to muscle connection and his longest arm workout was for 6hrs. greg sayes tkat he injected juice(cant reveal wkat) for 3yrs and stretched the facia of the muscle and broke boudries and he said he never used synthol now how true tkat is i dont know , But i do believe some parts of what ke told me | ||

on a broader note here, do you think screwballs like this guy showing his ugly ass physique kind of turn people off to weightlifting and bodybuilding? I'm sure alot of people see him and say "oh look, another juice fiend, those people just can't control themselves, good thing they made that stuff illegal". I didn't get into weight lifting just too look good, being strong is my #1 priority. But I do try to keep some semblance of what is considered an aestetical physique. If I'd seen this guy when I was 12 I may have thought twice about what is now my #1 extracurricular activity | ||
