Not 100% but I believe it is not a scheduled drug. It is regulated (script needed), but not a controlled substance.

I'm not sure how it is scheduled. I do know that it is legal to bring back from Mexico. I personally have talked through customs and declared clen, cytomel, and clomid.

Yep, T3 is regulated, i.e., you need a prescription to get it from your doctor, but it is un-scheduled, legal to import small amounts. Go for it.
