I just got home from the Dr. and listen to this shit. I pulled my entire lower back out and will be out of the gym and on light office work for 2-3 wks. Shit man I am 9wks into my 16 weeker. What in the hell am I going to do. Need some help here ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
