Bump for you bro... I know what you mean. Been injured on the wrist for 3 months (not hgh related). Anyway I believe that some Deca to lubricate the joints could work.

yea I know exactly what you mean. Lower the dose and everything will be alright. After your body gets use to it you can up the dose again hope this helps!!

Ripped, that sucks dude. I hope that shit doesn't start happening to me. I just started using my GH yesterday, but I'm only doing 2 IU's per day, 5 on/2 off. Hopefully this low of a dose will allow me to avoid that side effect. I did get some tingling in my left hand today and my knees were a little sore yesterday, but I'm not convinced that it was from the GH yet, being the first and second day I am on. I had a friend that used GH and he got carpel tunnel so bad that he had to stop working out for a while, fuck that ! I am a gym addict...I would go through some serious withdrawal if I couldn't lift. Good luck bro, hope it goes away. Keep us posted [This message has been edited by LeanBodDude (edited April 17, 2001).]

Ripped: I know exactly how you are feeling. For some reason, I get massive amounts of pain through my forearms after a heavy squat day. It gets to the point where I can't even take the weights off the bar. I have also found that my wrists have been giving out on chest day -- especially when using dumbells. I am not on anything and I have yet to determine the cause. I end up having to pop 4 or 5 advil after ever chest and leg workout.

I am also experiencing tendonitis-like pain in both wrists as soon as I bumped up to 3iu/day. I will back down to 2 until the pain goes away. LeanBodDude, my sleeping has also been affected with night time injections. I wake up feeling very groggy sometimes. This has since been alleiviated with 2x day, morning and early evening injections. ------------------ quote:

Phreaky, I take a 2 IU injection in the morning and still have had crappy sleep. I'm hoping that my body will adjust to it after a week or two and I can get a good night of sleep soon. I'll keep ya posted..

I know what your talking about bro. I think it has something to do with rapid muscle growth around the bones to fast and lifting much more than our bones can hold (without grips) That happens to me on flies! However, my forearms always kill because they are growing to fast hurts to grip anything or let go! Mass Monster

I did my first workout since starting GH. Did chest and arms last night. I started off with flat dumbell presses and felt great, good strength, more reps, etc. By the time I got to inclines, my friggin tri's were so pumped that I was barely able to do 2 sets of incline dumbell presses. I've heard of other's experiencing this while on GH, where they get so pumped that they're lifting capabilities are affected. Any one else get this besides me ? I'm only on Primo and GH at the moment and never got this from Primo alone, so I can only attribute it to the GH.

Possibly Carpal Tunnel or Pronator Terres Syndrome... Does your thumb, index and middle finger tigle or feel numb, do you have a weak grip?

HGH can lower the levels of cortisol in your system, that is why people get aches and pains in their joints on HGH. You simply are not making enough cortisol. Ask your doctor for some Cortef, natural cortisol, take 5-10mg once or twice a day and you'll be good as new. If you let the levels of cortisol stay too low for too long you could suffer from inflammation and immune malfunction. Also, that amount of cortisol will have no catabolic effect on muscle growth, you only get problems when you take more that 40mg a day for prolonged periods of time.

I had the same thing from a ARA-Test & Tornell deca cycle . I think that cycle gave me just about everything extreme pain in the forearms , elbows inflamation everywhere except the legs my right wrist still hurts 4 months after being off. The pumps were so bad that I'm having to take time off from training just to stop the pain and its helped but hasn't helped the mind from being out of training starting again next week. Oh wraping the wrists in between sets helped . |
