My chest is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of may body, i train each body part equally but my chest is far more responsive. How could i use AS and what sort of training could i do to bring up the rest of my body without increasing the size of my chest? thanks | ||

I am not a expert in this but site location of test propionate is a good way to get growth at site, so If you shoot into the bicep peak, tricep, delts and quads you will get growth, I also shoot other roids into my quads, some can be sore, but they do definetley get bigger. I have thought the same thing. And most will say you can't do it. I am thinking of using Dbol or Abombs for the day of and after a leg session along with the regular gear. | ||

try developing a maintainace routine for your chest and increase the work load on your lagging bodypart(s). So don't increase your chest workout weights or intensity or decrease your chest work out frequency and add the additional effort to weak part specialization . For me that priority type of training has made all the difference in the world (Ive limited my chest and back work and I am concentrating on bi's and tri's) |
