Started cutting at 242lbs, weighed in this morning at about 227 1/2lbs. I look alot better but still have alot more weight to lose. I've lost some size off my arms which is depressing, but I'll get it back next winter. Really the only thing thats hard to deal with is the strength loss. I was repping 225lbs anywhere from 15-19 reps which isn't bad.. I could only get 14 reps this morning, which is depressing. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I take 3 thermicores in the morning, go workout on an empty stomach.. or on my days off I ride the excercise bike for 20 minutes on an empty stomach.. I started off doing a contest diet but I stopped it. I'm basically just watching what I eat.. I cheat 1-2 times per week only. Im not trying to get ripped though, im just looking to get down to about 215lbs. But I want to lose it slow, so I don't sacrifice alot of muscle. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Oh I forgot to throw in im using 500mg sust every week. Ive only got enuff sust for 2 more weeks though, it should be in my system 2-3 weeks after that.. so I'll be cutting for 4-5 more weeks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
