I saw you griping about no one answering your gyno post, I couldn't find it. What's your question, I may know an answer since I've got gyno. I'm having surgery next month for it.

Hey plifter, do you have gyno (enlarged gland) or just puffy nips?? Any ides how to get rid of puffy nips?? The swelling/water retention is all around the nipple area. Can't see how it can be cut out since it's tissue all around.
Anytime I retain more water it's more noticable.
