I've been reading a lot about zinc increasing the amount of testosterone serum in males at dosages of 50mg daily. These articles say that bodybuilders are more likely to be zinc deficent due to lacking in red meat because of the concentration on chicken, fish, etc. I was just wondering if you guys have read about this too? Also, have any of you added it to your off-cycle list or perhaps on cycle list of supplements? ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
