I've been reading a lot about zinc increasing the amount of testosterone serum in males at dosages of 50mg daily. These articles say that bodybuilders are more likely to be zinc deficent due to lacking in red meat because of the concentration on chicken, fish, etc. I was just wondering if you guys have read about this too? Also, have any of you added it to your off-cycle list or perhaps on cycle list of supplements?

Bro I take chelated Zinc and Mag every day. On or off cycle. Just part of a healthy diet.
Just dont take it with calcium.(I hear it blocks the absorption of zinc)...RIP

Zinc, Iron, and Bcomplex everyday. MensHealth- 250% of B vitmins everyday if you are lifting regularly. And if you know that the red you get around your muscle when lifting on gear is high blood volume....then the Iron helping circulation is a smart idea.

I take Zinc, Vitamin C, Vitamin E and a multivitamin ed. It's good for your immune system as well as keeping your body functioning properly.
