is it normal to lose weight the week of your cycle, i dropped 2 pounds after one week of 15 mg/day. also how long before i will see noticable results in a six week cycle? | ||

Totally dependent on your own body - are you real overweight? Diet change? Cardio? 15mg is the minimal dosage - if you were losing on 50 I'd say problem or you are obese. 15mg may just be getting body in line- dropping fat etc.. - I wouldn't worry normal is minimal to no gain for week 1 although strength should begin increase. | ||

Im 6'2 205, used to run track for a D1 college, 8%bodyfat. ive heard of one other person having the same deal as me so who knows, like you said it must just be my body reacting differently | ||

When you paid alot of money for the Dbol...Did you start working out more often to get the most out of it......THERE IS YOUR ANSWER. More activity + hasn't kicked in yet = lose 2 lbs. It will work. If its alone, use 25+ BOB LIKES UGLYFRUIT | ||

I would say you should notice some water retention your first week. The first time I did dbol I gained around 8 pounds my first week. I used 30 mg per day. 15 mg seems like a waste to me. There's no need to taper up. Start out high and taper your last week. Dbol has a very short half life. You should also notice strength gains after your first week. How's your diet. Are you getting enough QUALITY calories? Also, watch your blood pressure, drink lots of water, and do some cardio. Good Luck. | ||

Thx for the help guys, I appreiciate it. I was hesistent to start out at a high dose, I'm takin Reforvit and I wasnt sure how my body was gonna handle it. It comes in 25 mg pills and I'll probably bump it up to 1 1/2 pills a day for maybe five-six weeks then taper off. That's 37.5 mg/day. I hear from some people that you should taper up, and others say you should start out at a higher dose. What's everyone's opinion on that? | ||

I used 20mg a day for 8 weeks and gained 13 pounds.Just give it a little time,say 2 weeks it will kick inn.Remeber to train hard! |
