Hey guys about 4 months ago i woke up throwing up all over the place and I was on my 3rd week of test. Anyways at first I thought i got food poising but then i continued to feel like shit. So for the last several weeks i have been trying to figue out what wrong with me. Anyways I think I discoved that I am lactose intolerant. I was wondering if you guys out there who have it deal with it on a cycle and things such what you eat to gain size and shit. Also when you do have milk products what do u feel like? thanks guys

I am also lactose intolerant. I have to buy that Lactaid Milk. Here it cost about $3.00 per half gallon. IT SUCKS!
When I drink whole milk, 2%,1% or even skim, I get ill. Not like what you are experiencing. I get this uneasy feeling in my stomache like i am going to have the squirts. Then I get awful gas and intestine discomfort.
I did not discover this until I started lifting and taking protein shakes with lots of Milk. Milk + Protein Powder = Shits from hell for me. I feel your pain my brother. There are pills you can buy to take before drinking the milk. I have tried them and they work good. I am lazy so I just buy the lactose free milk.

I have a mild lactose intolerance, so I can handle some. Milk with cereal is ok, but I rarely ever drink it otherwise. Stick to the cultured stuff like yogurt or cottage cheese, it doesn't bother me but your case sounds more serious than mine so try a little of these. Good luck.

I have mild intolerance, but those lactose enzyme pills do help.

I'm severely lactose intolerant. I can't drink or eat any milk based products. Even some the protein powders make me sick. Lactaid or lactose free milk still bothers my stomach, so I stay away from them.

I get ill like you (throwing up, running to the bathroom, etc.). I stick to protein powders without Casein and mix my protein with water and usually I'm fine.
