i hate diuretics, ive used otc in the past with good results, i just think im sensitive to them thiazides etc
so im considering aldactone
right now im looking for personals competitive experiences with it
what is the lowest effective dosage?
was thinking starting sunday split a 25mg tab
1/2 a.m. 1/2 p.m. til wed - wed 25mg in a.m. 25mg p.m. til sat
oh ya what kind of weight drop did you guys have from it also include your bodyweight next to mgs you used

spoke to about this..I took 100mg per day starting 6 days out..thats it..no problems
