I know you should take d-bol every four hrs during the day. But say I take 8 tabs a day. My friend was telling me he popped 8 at one time before he went to fight this kid. He said in an hour that d-bol kicked in like he couldn't believe and he was pumped like never before. He said that helped him tear that kid up. Here's my question.
Has anyone tried just doing this an hour before working out. I mean imagine feeling that good everytime your about to lift, pop eight before. I guess this would be a waste right, but think of all the extra sets you can put on that muscle you are working, and I wonder if you would recoperate even faster with all that in your system at once. I may try this one time thoughts please

I've tried that before with halo and dbol, worked well for me, but you must have something else in your cycle, to sustain your hormone levels. Yes, the gigantic spike will help you lift more, but unless something else in your system, like test, is also working, you won't be building those tortured muscles BACK very well. Give it a shot though, I liked it.

thanks phat, well say if I just use d-bol, how about eight before a workout and 2 tabs before I go to sleep, still no, I will try and post back.

I did it basically like that, i was taking 8 tabs a day. Took 4-6 an hour and a half before workout, to get a spike in hormone levels, then took the rest spread throughout the day. However, I was also on 500mg/week of sust, so my levels never dropped very low I did love the huge pumps i got though! Bottom line, try it, and see which way works best!
