With my daily schedule, I wake up for work at 6, get off at 4, pick up my kids, have them until 10 (THANK GOD) and drop them off at their mama's at 10, then hit the gym until 11, take the protien in, hit the sack by midnight. So 6 at best. On Weekends I get my kids early morning EVERY WEEKEND (AGAIN...THANK GOD), so I never get to sleep really. No biggie. I'd rather see my kids than sleep. I could get a sitter for them... but fuck that. I spend every second I can with them.

Used to be 9 hours a night, but I've recently been cutting back. I'm beginning to understand that my body is NOT average Anything more than 7 hours sleep starts to make me tired... 6 hours seems to actually work best for me ------------------

I used to get around 6 hours per night and was very fatigued all the time. I have now gotten used to forcing myself to adhere to a bed time and the gains have been tremendous. Shit, I even gained strength and weight during the last 8 weeks between my last cycle and this one! ------------------ Visit my website at http://profiles.elitefitness.com for up to date A.S. info. -------------------------

I try to get 8 hours, but it hardly ever happens especially with all this school work and finals around the corner. I get about 5 hours on weekdays mon-thurs and then about 12 on fri-sun! Mass Monster

Usually 6-8 hours a night and a nap in the afternoon if I can.

i get between 9 and 10 hours of sleep EVERY night. i wake up naturaly most of the times. When it happens that i set an alarm clock cause i have to, i sleep no less than 8 hours, but that happens once a week at the most. Sleeping as much as i can makes a big difference for me. it helps gaining more mass when i'm bulking and it preserves form loosing more mass when i'm dieting. And if i get less than 8 hours of sleep, wich happens very rarely, i'm so fatigued i can't even workout.

It varies everyday...Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday night I get about 4.5-6...Monday night I get about 5-7...wednesday and friday night I get about 9...Saturday night I get about 6-7. It sucks like hell, so I'm on an almost permanent ephedrine caffeine cycle for the harder days, and I have to nap for at least an hour most days...I fall asleep anywhere I'm not doing anything (shower, driving sometimes, boring classes, sexual activity)

Man you guys are lucky. Im somewhat of an insomniac when Im regular. But when Im juicing I cant stay asleep for more than a couple hours at a time. I wake up over and over again thoughout the night. Especially if I think about the gear and how I want to train the next day. ------------------ quote: [email protected] [This message has been edited by [_Adrenaline_] (edited April 16, 2001).]
