I am starting DNP this week. I am a 147 lb female who wants to drop a few lbs in the next few weeks. Current bodyfat is 18% and I want to see 15% again. I am going to take 200mg per day for 7 days. One question I have is how many kcals to eat, most of the stuff I have read only refers to males taking the stuff who are say 200lbs or more. They eat 3000kcals a day, I was going to try 2000kcals.

I also want to know if it is dangerous for me to have one or two alcoholic drinks whilst on this?

I also take recreational drugs at the weekend, usually e's and some hash, maybe a little speed. Would this be OK? I am expecting to feel really tired at some point so going out may not happen, but I have heard that E/C/A helps you with this, plus at my low dose I am hoping these side effects will be minimal.

Is it possible to do say 3 or 4 days on, then 2 days off and another 4 days on? Since I may have to go to a family social event at the weekend and don't want to stink like a pig.

Hope someone here can answer my questions and maybe give me some more advice.

Yes, definitely. Throw some heroin into the blend, I hear it makes DNP 5x as effective.

a few drink maybe not bad but I would stay away from the E and stuff it is just a better idea i think becuase it raises temp too. I dance every night normally but one night i last onDNP and though I was going to die i think I sweated out 15 pund in 1 hour i had to just go to the store and chug water all night to is tough i would jsut sugest starting on a thursday go out friday and lay low saturday when it really starts hitting you

Doing E on DNP is extraordanarily dangerous because they both raise body temp. Do not take them togather!

Yeah, I was being a bit silly asking about the e's. So I am on the stuff now and feel like I have the 'flu. I am going on a date tonight - just going to a resturant for a meal, then I am going to lie low for a week. I will tell my friends who I normally go clubbing with that I have the 'flu. I will do outside cardio today since our cardio room is real warm anyway. I will attempt back and tri's in the gym.

I got some chocolate in the post today, from my Dad for easter. It was just a creme egg, so I ate it to get it out of the way.

#1 Eat your total calorific intake split up in to 5 - 6 meals / day.

#2 Do not by any means think that 200mgs is not working so well and go up to 400mgs, give it some time

#3 Do not eat meals high in carbohydrates, try and keep them to a minimum although this only applies to you if you are hot and sweating on the 200mgs.

#4 Dont be stupid, dnp is deadly and so are some of the recreational drugs you were talking about. DNP seriously dehydrates your body, do not go for more than 30 minutes without drinking a glass of water. Adding E into the equation = Stupidity at its least.

Thanks Iron. I was trying to push the envelope a little with the e thing. I will not go there!

I am hot right now, and sweaty. I will stay at 200mg, especially since I know the 1/2 life is 36 hours which means an overlap of 12 hours. Since 4 times effective dose is deadly I could quite easily reach this in a few days if I upped the dose any more.

I am supposed to be eating out tonight so I will avoid carbs and maybe have soup followed by steak and veggies, no dessert unless they have sorbet. It's going to be interesting since I don't eat out much and right now I can go for the steak. Yummy.

How much worse will this get?
Is it OK to have cold showers?
What about using T3, I have some and have read that the heat will shut down T3 production after a few days so T3 is recommended. Since I would only be using 25 mcg for 7 days this shouldn't cause any thyroid probs I would have thought.

No problem Dingo.

#1 Do not take T3 with dnp

#2 I re read your post. Taking 3-4 days on 2 days off will not be too good for what you intend to do in these two days. The so called half life of dnp would make this impossible. Basically you will still be sweating for a few days after you have stopped.

#3 Just how hot are ya j/k

#4 If you are eating out tonight try and avoid carbs, however if blood sugar levels fall too much and you feel lik you are running out of energy consume some carbs throughout the meal to get through the date without the bf realising you are on dnp. However you will also start sweating a little later on so dont try and implement this trick until you are nearly done eating.
If the worst comes to the worst tell him you have your period or you have the flu or whatever and go home to sleep

#5 Without sound like a bitch wait until day 4 or 5. If you are sweating now you will be soaked then.

#6 Yes take as many cold showers as you want and if you have a fan aim it at your bed in the night when sleeping.

#7 Dont ever use T3 without anabolics unless you are very well tuned in to your body.

Dingo, make sure to take these supp's with the DNP. They are very important.

Here's a list for DNP
magnesium 1500mg per day (a must)
vit c 3000mg per day (a must)
vit e 1200iu per day (a must)
glutathione 200mg for apetite suppresion
calcium 2000mg per day
pyruvate 2000-6000mg per day
glycerol 3 tble spns per day
alpha lipoic acid 500-1000mg per day

If you are pushing the limit with DNP it will help.
Animals DNP manual:

In other words it will help with dehydration and with low energy.
