With the clen it's hard to say how much you should take because everybody has a different tolerence to it. Just be sure to taper up and down the dosage when starting and finishing. With the t3, I would run it a bit more like this. tabs per day: 11122233344455444333222111 That would be a 26 day cycle. Run the clen 2 weeks on, two weeks off until you do 3 cycles of it. The last cycle should also help to preserve muscle as it will run past the juice. (i.e.- weeks 1-2 on, 3-4 off, weeks 5-6 on, weeks 7-8 off, weeks 9-10 on.) ------------------ The land where posession is legal! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
