this is my summer cycle: ******cypionate**equipoise**wwinny** 6 meals per day (1 each 3 hours) -Macronutrient ratio: Fats------------------------------------------------30% Carbohydrates---------------------------------30% Protein--------------------------------------------40% Water----------------------------------------------3000ml -Total calories= Body weight in pounds per 12 220 x 12= 2640 Kcal. * Fats (30%)= 792 Kcal= 88g i plan on running 3 times a week and running an ECA stack 3 times a week. my goals are to gain 20lbs, and lose about 5-10lbs of fat. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
