ive been using only 10mg of dbol before i work out, 5 days a week for 4 weeks already.
i also take 50mg of proviron.

after the first week i noticed my nipples were kinda puffy and my tits were sagging a bit so i took 60mg of nolavdex everyday from then on.

the puffiness and all didnt completely go away.

so what should i do????

pls, if u know anything about this advise me!

I can't imagine getting gyno on that small of a dosage. Are you sure? You may only be retaining water.

some people can be extremely prone to gyno, especially if they already have some natural gyno, do you?

I can not imagine you develop gyno from such a low dosage.I also feel that my niples are very sensitive when i'm cycling (for example when a T-shirt slides over them.Gyno starts with a little thickness under your niple, but ity doesn't grow that much in 4 weeks!!Certainly not when you take 60(!!)mg of nolvadex, 20mg should be MORE then enough.
Thinking that normally the proviron alone should do the job in your case!!!
If you keep on worrying, GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!
He will help you!

actually i have a little gyno or fat on my tits that i kept from when i was very fat as a kid.

Get Nolva now, it will prevent the estrogen from binding to the er. Only use winny, primo and a few other drugs that dont aromatize from now on. You may also be safe with eq and deca.
