Hey I'm in high school right now and a beginner weight lifter and was wondering a good way to gain some weight through supplements. I hear taking protein supplements really helps you gain weight if you lift. Is that true? If you have any suggestions, please post them. Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]()

save your money. The best thing you can do is go to the gym and find a guy who is bigger than you and (ideally) has the body shape you want. Ask him to help you with your routine. Most people will be more than willing to help as long as you aren't annoying. I dont consider myself big (6', 200lbs, 10%bf), but i have little guys ask me pretty often and i help them. Working out smart is the first step. ![]() ![]() ![]()

The most common mistakes are overtraining and under-recovery. The most common dietary mistakes are trying to get big and cut at the same time. Don't expect miracles from creatine. You will get slightly fuller muscles that pretty much go away when you stop taking creatine. The good news is that if you can afford it, you can probably do all of the creatine you want for as long as you won't with no ill effects. My training philosophy is pick no more ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Oh yeah...one more thing. Work your ENTIRE body (not on the same day of course). I want to kick the ass completely off all of the skinny little highschool peckers in my gym who do nothing but flat bench presses and 5 varieties of curls. They take up space and equipment from the serious lifters of all ages. If you need a good split suggestion, please email me. I can offer you opinions and a few facts. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Pick up Arnold's Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. Read. period. Also, the creatine is always a smart idea, as well as B vitamins. Mens Health says anyone lifting should be getting 250% every day. High protein is the last piece of onvious universal knowledge.....And Grilled cheese is not protein. BOBOUT ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
