all you guys say for fat loss do 45min to 1hr of cardio....well to tell the truth, i just can't run that long. so, with a real clean diet (low fat, low-med carbs, high protein, about 1200-1500 cals) will 1 mile per day (takes about 15 minutes) do me some good...it's gotta be better than nothing right?

It is better than nothing, but if you can't run, why not try another form of cardio. You will be surprised how quickly your cardio capacity will improve.. I hate cardio with a passion, but at times it must be done. Same as training, just try some variations to keep it challenging and fresh. It is more of a mental thing.. Bottom line, change your approach to it, and find your abs. Also, without your measurements, tough to give an opinion on your caloric intake.

do 20 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach about 30 minutes after u take an ECA stack. i hate doing cardio too but I can tough it out for 20 minutes 3-4 mornings a week.. also throw in 20 minutes at night 3-4 nights a week. it'll come off slow but in my personal opinion you lose less muscle this way.

I'm a small person, 5'6" 165 and I only do 30 minutes of cardio a day, plus clen. But the reason I am writing is at the calories you mention, your going to lose fat and a lot of muscle, Personally I ease as in it takes a month for me to get my clean calores down, and then I'm not much below 3000. It is critical for me to lower my B/F but not at the expense of hard earned muscle, Do your training, cardio and lower the calories gradually, 1500 a day and I would lose muscle. No thanks. |
