My friend just got huge in a matter of two months. He keeps saying he doesn't juice. He says he works out six days a week for 2 to 3 hours a day in the gym. He says as long as you rest a certain muscle group 48hrs you can hit it again. I keep reading hit a body part once a week. He says he's hitting muscle groups sometimes twice a week, sounds like juice to me, what do you guys think?

In society people often look for excuses why they arent so big or why others are bigger. You accuse him of juicing and yet he tells you he doesnt. He is either not a very good friend or you are paranoid about your lack of success compared to him

Peace

iron you are right, I'm totally jealous. Either he has genes I would kill for or you can hit the gym like that and grow. I always thought the body needs more time to recoperate a certain muscle group then 48hrs. His arms are much bigger and he has tons of strecth marks.

Sqautfreak you are completely right. The muscle is broken down in the gym and is repaired when it is resting. From person to person the timing needed is different but as a rule of thumb once every 7 days seems to work for most. Some people however can just look at weights and grow.

Peace

yes he uses cell tech, but then again so do I,lol. Iron I see what you are saying, it just sucks cause he all ready has size and he gets in and grows big time, and I'm skinny as hell, use juice and cell tech, and he still gets way bigger. I train hard rest and pig out on foods, don't get me wrong, I feel great, but would just die laughing in glory, if one day I looked in the mirror and got great size. thanks for the help guys

eat, lift hard, be patient and you will grow. don't be jealous of others. comparing youself to others is probably the worst thing you could do.
