I LIKE TO THINK I HAVE BIG LEGS. I REALLY DONT DO ALOT IN TERMS OF LEGS. I DO
SQUATS(MOST IMPORTANT) ASS TO THE FLOOR, YOU CAN REALLY FEEL THEM WORK
QUAD AND HAMSTRING CURLS
LEG PRESSES. I DO 3 SETS OF 6-8 REPS OF EACH AND AS HEAVY AS POSSABLE WHILE USING GOOD FORM. HOPE THIS HELPS, BEST OF LUCK ON GETING SOME TREE TRUNK LEGS

SQUATS,LEG PRESSES,LEGCURLS LEG EXTENTIONS

2 WARM UPS OF LEG CURLS 12-15REPS
2 WARM UPS LEG EXTENTIONS 12-15 REPS
JUST TO GET SOME PUMP,BLOOD FLOWING.
5 SETS OF SQUATS 1ST ONE A WARM UP 4 SETS
5-8 REPS JUST BELOW PARALELL IF YOU FEEL YOU CAN GO LOWER YOU CAN ,JUST BE CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR KNEES ALSO WRAP YOUR KNEES IF THEY ARE BAD.AND ALWAYS WARE A BELT AND HAVE
SPOTTER
LEG PRESSES AFTER SQUATS 4 SETS 8-12 REPS
THIS WILL FATIGUE THE LEGS EVEN MORE
LEG CURLS 4SETS 8-12 REPS
LEG EXTENSIONS 3-4 STES 8-12 REPS
YOU CAN ALSO DO HACK MACHINE SQUATS INSTEAD OF LEG PRESSES OR STANDING LEG CURLS
ALSO STIFF LEG DEADLIFTS FOR YOUR HAMSTRINGS
KEEP MIXING UP ROUTINES FROM THE OTHER GUYS THAT REPLY TO YOUR POST....THERE ALL GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
