As stated in the Anabolic review-- Nolvadex does not prevent the aromatization but only acts as an estrogen antagonist. This means that it does not prevent testosterone and its synthetic derivatives (steroids) from converting into estrgens but only fights with them in a sort of "competition" for the estrogen receptors. this characteristic has the disadvantage that after the discontinuance of Nolvadex a "rebound effect" can occur which means that the suddendly freed estrogen receptors are now able to absorb the estrogen present in the blood. After my cycle, I finished it off with clomid and Nolv. Everything was fine until I stopped taking the Nolv. As I speak, 3 months after my cycle I'm just now noticing signs of gyno. Proviron along with the nolva or only towards the end or arimidex throughout.  | ||

You need to down regulate the enzyme aromitase as Iron_Game suggested.Get ahold of an anti-aromitase agent such as arimidex,cytadren,or proviron ASAP.If you have nolvadex on hand,continue using it until the other product arrives.... | ||

You can try that and see what happens.Eventually this aromitase activity will slow down,but it's a guessing game as to when,and it varies from person to person as to how much activation occurs in relevation to androgens.In your case I would seriously consider down-regulating it with outside help(arimidex),as it seems your in a suspended state... | ||

thats scary man, i had to stop my deca 3 weeks in as i was taking 50mg /day of winny and still feeling gyno, so i think it must be estrogen related, i have no nolv so im just hoping it will stop soon. | ||

I'm thinking I'm just gunna get my glands removed. I have a tad bit of natural gyno anyhow.. So I figure why not just have surgery, and never have to worry about it again. | ||

Shouldn't a guy just not take nolvadex unless he needs too, and not as an automatic thing post cycle - only the clomid. I only use the stuff during a cycle if I feel symptoms, and quit as soon as the symptoms go away, to avoid this very problem. Of course, never really going "off" completely is my choice. I remember that brother's post who developed gyno 12 mths after his first cycle cause his T-level never returned to normal. | ||

3finger, i would be in the meso class, however, as i believe you are, a lot of people aren't aware that deca will cause both estr & prog gyno, i did have slight natural gyno beforehand, i just wish people here gave advice on things they really know 100% about, just be cautious of whatever you say here may have effects on people lives in more than the cyber world. | ||
