I WOULD SAY YOUR FORM HAS TO BE GOOD TO USE HEAVY WEIGHT!!! OR YOU COULD SERIOUSLY HURT YOURSELF. JUST MY OPINION.

Using enough weight to stimulate muscle break down but still able to maintain proper form so you use the right muscle fibers to stimulate the growth you want. There is no doubt you must overload the muscle, but you must overload THAT particulat muscle in order for it ti hypertrophy. That requires good form. There an equilibrium here. The right amount of weight to stimulate the muslce fibers but not too much weight where your using calves to assist your bench.

So when i start trainning again i do somewhat heavy weight and use perfect fourm? Before i was using VERY heavy weight at like 5-8 reps and my fourm sucked. So mabey using weight i can do 10-14 times with perfect fourm would stiulate growth. What do you think?

for mass muscles respond best to a heavy stimulus causing fatigue fairly quickly...4-6 reps. Use perfect form during those 4-6 reps and you will stimulate the type 2 muscle fibers that will hypertrophy.
