This is way toooooooooooo vague. This covers everything related to bidybuilding and that would take foot thick book to write. RULE 1: you can't cut AND bulk at the same time. If you want to get big...get thoughts of shredded abs out of your head. If you want to get cut get thoughts of massive muscle out of your young head. First you get big...then you procede to loose the body fat once you've acheived significant muscle mass. Unless you're a genetic phenom you won't be ripped while bulking. Now more to your question. Your goals will determone your diet and training. Your body type and experience will determine your diet and training. In other words...too many variables to fill in to produce any valuble information. Perhaps be more specific.
