You can start after a year being natural. Don't use dianabol, I suggest you use something less androgenic like Primobolan, or perhaps 200mg of Deca/Week. First time users have good results with these. | ||

I would go AS free for 1 year at least. Right now you gonna grow faster than on any cycle. Just eat lots of food, get some protein, creatine and multi-vitamins. | ||

I started karate at age 7, lifting weights at age 14. Didn't touch roids till I was 20. Train naturally for several years at least, roids are to push you past your potential, not to get you there quicker! ------------------ | ||

They were a bit hard on you there I thought bro, any way, I had such great temptation when I was up and coming in the gym, I managed to hold back for a full year, it was hard but well worth it, train hard, eat like F~~K and rest well, and you will make good gains, then go for the juice. ------------------ | ||

At least put in the summer. Test yourself to earn it....If you can drive yourself to lift 5 days for the entire summer, and can be in the right frame of mind to know that the diet is something to watch and plan. Then maybe the "MENTAL" habitas are ready for the gear. It not all about the body being ready. You have to teach yourself the rigors of the routines to know what the gear can do to help it. Doing it wrong can only be magnified. I hope I spelled all this right...Im at work and the phone is ringing. BOBOUT!!!! | ||

the summer? 6 months?1 year? Fuck whoever is giving this kind of advices. After one year you don't know anything about how your body reacts to diet and training, nor you have reached a plateau. I started after 4 years of serious lifting and i regret it cause i could have done more naturally. Whoever starts before 3-4 yeras is just a fool waisting his health and gear. | ||

It's too painful a thought to ponder but here goes anyways... First of all, you're gonna show up to the gym with a headband, tight shorts, and knee hi socks on (and probably listening to Oliva Newton Johns "Lets Get Physical" on your Kraco Walkman you bought at a Truckstop). Then while pounding out your 3rd & 4th rep with the green foam rubber 2 lb dumbbells, your gonna puke from mixing that creatine fizz preworkout drink with 4 of your St. Joseph's D-bols. After cancelling your gym membership and returning to your HoHo's & channel surfing training regimen, you're gonna spend the next 6 weeks obsessing over your flabby tits, convinced you have gyno and posting countless threads on this site about "my tits itch", "honey, I shrunk my balls", "am I lactating...?" and you're gonna get flamed mercilessly. ...actually, it might make for good entertainment, go ahead and suck those baby aspirin...er.. D-bols down and please post your progress. | ||

i know everyone is telling him to hold on to it but if you want to put some weight on REAL quick do it, take 4-5 a day, eat as much food as you can and hit the weights hard with someone who has been lifting for a couple of years (you can ask people AND tell by their bodies). i know people who only workout when they get juice (which really isn't a good thing) and they get big quick! | ||

You can grow like magic without the pharms if you've never lifted before. If you start the drugs now, you will probably be losing out on 20-25 lbs of natural muscle you could have gained. Once you deny yourself this opportunity, there is no going back. Eat right, sleep well, train hard. When you plateau, change your training approach. When you plateau again, change it again. Research. There are many ways of going about hitting the weights. Some are better than others but the adaptation to different techniques should induce growth for some time. If your goal is to reach your utmost potential, you will listen to what has been said here. And feel free to mail me in this case. If you just want to take drugs for the sake of taking drugs, then you are lifting for the wrong reasons and nobody here has time for you. Define your goals and proceed accordingly. Hopefully you choose the wise path. | ||
